1. Introduction
Welcome to FeedBox (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website www.feedbox.co.za and any purchases made through it.
By accessing or using this website, or purchasing our products, you agree to comply with these Terms under South African law. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or buy our products.

FeedBox sells small animal feed, including but not limited to: 
• Oat hay 
• Teff 
• Lucerne 
• Rabbit pellets
We reserve the right to: 
• Modify or discontinue products without notice 
• Correct pricing errors 
• Limit quantities
All product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible but may differ slightly from the actual product.

5. Pricing and Payment 
• All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT. 
• Prices may change without prior notice. 
• Full payment must be made before dispatch.
Accepted payment methods: EFT, PayFast, credit/debit cards.

6. Delivery Policy 
• We deliver nationwide within South Africa
• Delivery times are estimates and depend on courier availability. 
• Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery. 
• FeedBox is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or unforeseen events (e.g., load shedding, weather).

7. Returns and Refunds (CPA Compliant for Animal Feed)
7.1 Defective or Damaged Goods
If feed products arrive spoiled, damaged, or not as described
• You must contact FeedBox within 24 hours of receiving your parcel
Proof is vitally important: provide clear photos of the product and packaging. 
• Once confirmed, we will arrange replacement or refund
• Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days
• FeedBox covers return shipping costs for defective goods.
Note: FeedBox does not accept returns for feed that was purchased correctly but is simply unwanted, as animal feed is a consumable product.

8. User Responsibilities
You agree not to: 
• Use the website unlawfully 
• Provide false or misleading information 
• Attempt to hack or interfere with website functionality

9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (logos, branding, images, text) is the property of FeedBox and may not be reproduced without written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability
FeedBox is not liable for: 
• Indirect or consequential loss 
• Loss of profits or business 
• Website downtime
This does not limit liability where prohibited by law.

2. Refund Request Process 
• Contact FeedBox within 24 hours of delivery 
• Provide clear photos of the product and packaging

3. Refund Method 
• Refunds are processed via the original payment method 
• Processing time: 7–14 business days
4. Return Shipping 
• Defective or damaged goods: FeedBox covers return shipping 
• Non-defective goods: returns are not accepted
